Rich is the founder and CEO of Rolltech. Prior to beginning his career, Rich graduated near the top of his Pitt Law class in 2005. During his law school tenure, he was published for his work in Intellectual Property law and interned at the US Patent and Trademark Office. Forgoing the traditional legal career path, he started out in the poker industry where he served as Executive Producer of Video and VP of Industry/Player Relations at Card Player Media. In these roles he produced nearly 500 hours of content and managed business affairs for a variety of high profile poker players and industry partners, smack in the middle of the poker boom. He founded his first company, Mercury Management & Development, in 2008. Through MMD, Rich has been involved in a diverse range of startup companies and entrepreneurial endeavors. In early 2011, he served as VP of Business Development for SillyBrandz Global where he worked alongside inventor and CEO Robert Croak, analyzing deal flow for partnership and investment. Rich has been focused on advancing the sport of bowling since Rolltech's inception in late 2011.

An exclusive technology partner of the PBA, Rolltech was the title sponsor of the 2015 Rolltech PBA World Championship and regularly provides its proprietary statistics for use on ESPN telecasts. Action Bowling is one of the largest online physical skill contest platforms in the world and Rolltech is lining up entry into other sports.
As a lifelong bowler, Rolltech represents the next step in a career dedicated to creating businesses that are the extensions of existing hobbies and/or passions. Rich is very active in the downtown community as a mentor, speaker and volunteer. Rich enjoys the daily challenges provided by life and business as a means for constant and sustained internal growth. He also enjoys hiking, travel, bowling, poker, meditation and cooking.
